        This coach is always stored in a heated warehouse when not in use, last trip taken was in June 2018 to Oregon to replace all 8 lifeline 4D house batteries.  Some maintenance items are as follows:  House batteries 8 Lifeline 4D batteries 6-2018 - checked inverter output - alternator output and converter output - all OK, chassis batteries 4 group 31 sealed batteries 3-2016, serviced engine oil, filter, fuel filter, grease and adjust brakes 10-2017 (163273 miles), upgraded CCW high flow radiator fan11-2007, all 8 air bags 9-2016, new radiator and fan 3-2017, polished aluminum wheels, Michelin 12/R22.5 XZE (pass frt 0113 (2013), next 4, 0215 to 0815 (2015) and 3 are turned in and can't be seen (believed to be 2015), fog, curb & docking lights,  two new 11 gal Attwood water heaters 2-2000. Alpine CD player, stereo equalizer and multi disc CD changer present but not connected (Alpine CD player not compatible with equalizer & changer), CB not working, engine battery boost from house batteries, generator battery boost from house batteries, Webasto boiler provides heat for water heaters and cabin heat, Prevost and Marathon manuals.
 
Entry & Salon
LED ceiling lights, Stereo with sub woofer, wood flooring, sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs, mood lighting, passenger seat will turn 180 degrees and face the salon, both driver and passenger seats are fully adjustable, air ride driver seat, day/night shades.

Galley

Two burner electric glass top stove, microwave / convection oven, trash compactor, side by side refrigerator, insta-hot and double sink. 

Bath & Bath Closet

Pocket doors on both sides of bath (galley and bedroom), marble floor,  Micro Flush toilet mod LF 220, combo washer/dryer, hair dryer, LED ceiling lighting, extra large shower.

Bays

Bay D1 has the Gen set on air bags and a pull out frame for easy service (hours < 2150 as of 6-2018), D2 is a storage and electrical thru bay to P2, D3 is an empty storage bay (not shown), D4 Sewer tank and dump bay - note the macerator pump and bay heaters, bay locks and lights controlled from inside entry and at drivers station. The sewer bay is shown with the top piping cover removed (it is included), P1 has 8 Lifeline gel house batteries, battery equalizers, 12v and 24v shut off switches, and parts drawers,  P2 is a storage thru bay to D2, P3 is empty storage and P4 is the water bay with 2 water pumps, the pressure tank and 2 Attwood 11 gal water heaters.

Chassis Battery and Engine Compartment

Battery bay holds 4 group 31 chassis batteries, battery equalizer, chassis 12v and 24v shut down switches and the Webasto diesel boiler/heater unit, engine block heater, receiver hitch w/ 7 pin plug.
