Always stored in a heated warehouse, it just got back from Marathon Oregon and had a 1000 mile service.
The 20kw generator was serviced at the same time also serviced all 4 underbelly heat pumps less than 3 weeks ago.
New engine batteries are less than 4 months old.

Toyo radial tires have less than 1oooo miles on them and no weather checking at all.
We spent over $40,000.00 on upgrades in the last 2 years.

The roof is freshly recoated and inspected ( no leaks ever )
The engine is a series 60 with Allison 6 speed transmission, 2 stage jake brake, all brakes just inspected and in excellent working order, prevost ISS suspension, air leveling, 208 gallon fuel tank, Marathon techlink diagnostic system, Detroit pro driver system and to include Detroit diagnostic system, docking lights, power heated mirrors, fog lights, upgraded headlights, overhead spot light, full zip dee awning package all in great shape ( I just replaced all awning pulls with brand new ones from zip dee). New windshield wipers, auto locking bay doors, 4 underbelly heat pumps webasto diesel fired interior heat and hot water as well,128 gallon fresh water with auto fill, grey tank capacity is aprox 88 gallons , black tank aprox 60 gallons. Heated underbelly fully insulated, automatic shore cord reel with remote control, trace inverters, built in air compressor. The galley features all electric cook top, dish washer, instahot hot water system, kitchen aid micro convection combination oven, huge Jen Air double door refrigerator freezer ice and water dispenser, best of all a huge custom built storage cabinet with pull out drawers ( just installed, it is my wife’s design). Walk thru split bathroom with sink and shower plus another full sink and vanity in bedroom. All of the interior doors are air powered with the push of a button. The shower features a custom lighted waterfall etched into the glass, ( I was told cost on the waterfall was over $5000.00). Queen size bed with custom built mattress (less than 6 months old), separate AM/FM/CD player in bedroom, it has a side closet plus the huge power closet in the bedroom. Full size back up monitor in dash that includes monitor panel for holding tanks and a drivers information center full gauge package, working cruise control, separate heat system for driver and passenger, leather seating driver and passenger, drivers seat is air ride equipped, passenger seat is full power plus power foot rest. The exterior stainless and paint are in extra nice shape always polished and waxed, windshield and al exterior windows excellent (no chips) we have had many great trouble free trips in this wonderful Marathon and are a little sad to see it go, I am confident it will serve its new owner proud with many care free trips.
