We are selling our 2009 Prevost H3-45 VIP two-slide Millennium motorcoach currently located in Naples FL. We are the third owners of this beautiful coach and we are asking $639,000 or best offer. We have ~129,000 miles on the Detroit Diesel 14L D60 turbocharged, non-DEF motor. This motor produces 515 hp, 1,650 lb. ft. torque and it is mated to an Allison 3000 series, 6-speed automatic transmission with the retarder system. Prevost built the chassis in late 2007. VIN number is 2PCV334947C710920.
The coach is beautiful, and it is loaded with all of the best options. Millennium spares no expense when they build a coach and they stand behind their product no matter what. The majority of all service work has been performed by Millennium in Sanford FL.
The interior of this coach is tastefully decorated with off-white leather wrapped walls and ceilings, granite heated floors, offset with brand new Beige Berber style carpet throughout. Custom cut entry way rugs traps dirt before entering the coach. Corian solid surface countertops with accent lighting everywhere, the Birds Eye Maple cabinetry in all areas are in great condition and shine like new. 12-way adjustable, heated & massaging Cow & Stingray hide drivers and passenger seats are comfortable and look great. We recently recovered the 84” jack-knife couch (electric), matching bar stools and two custom, matching ottomans. The Black leather Lafer euro recliner is in great shape and is extremely comfortable.
An updated, California King size mattress with under-storage drawers fits nicely in the stateroom. Oversized Cedar lined and lit closets and drawers utilize every inch of the super-slide sized stateroom. The ceiling height Cedar hall closet contains a floor mounted safe. The mid-coach bathroom features a vanity, sink and Headhunter toilet with a heated bidet along with a stand-alone toe-kick electric heater. The large, all tile and glass shower along with a second vanity, sink and mirrored cabinet complete the area.
Other interior features include: GE Profile French door w/ bottom freezer refrigerator faced with Birds Eye Maple veneer, 1-year old GM Profile Microwave/Convection oven hidden in the cabinet above the Euro Kera signature two-burner cooktop (traditional). A built in Brew Express coffee maker, retractable automated island, ample storage in galley, back-lit tile backsplash, large pantry with five oversized sliding drawers, 24” computer monitor on a televator in the bar, adequate storage under bar, recessed & dimmable LED ceiling lights throughout, stacked Bosch Axxis 220v dryer and washer, central vacuum, automated window shades & black-out windshield shades. Two pneumatic sliding pocket doors separate the stateroom, bathroom and salon areas.
Systems: Updated Crestron system with 2 iPad interfaces, Aiphone video intercom system and door bell, Lutron automated lighting system, three updated and integrated Samsung LED TVs; 54 inch salon retractable, 46 inch stateroom and 42 inch outside bay, Russound audio surround in salon and stateroom, Bose audio and LG soundbar/sub in bay. Dish Traveler roof mounted receiver, no in-motion receiver. I have added a lot of extra equipment for our wifi system and Dish HD network (Hopper 3, Joey, Apple TV’s MOCA), this equipment is negotiable with the sale. 2,800 psi pressure washer with an On the Go Spotless DI water system, four roof mounted, Coleman Mach 8 AC units; salon and stateroom have heating elements, Aquahot 600d series integrated hot water system, thermostat controlled electric heaters in every bay, four VFX sinewave Outback inverters, Headhunter Mach 5 water pump with filtration at each end point, Glendinning hose reels and shore power cord, Macerator system, integrated back-up camera with side mounted, turn signal activated, cameras, Kenwood KVT -719DVD dash A/V system, the Garmin trucker OTR 800 GPS is updated,
Exterior: Prevost paint scheme, painted at the factory is still shiny and in great condition. Hand waxed several times per year, new 3M clear front mask, four Zip Dee automatic awnings with LED strip lighting, new motor in main, passenger side awning. New LED fog/driving lights, LED taillights and marker lamps, LED under coach lighting, the windshield has a couple of small but repaired rock chips, four Millennium embroidered chairs, built-in Solaire infrared propane grill, four tilt-out, servo-motor controlled windows (two stateroom, two salon).
Mechanical: Michelin tires were replaced in 2017 (4-2016 date coded), (8) Lifeline AGM GPL-4DL batteries replaced in 2017 (2017 dated), chassis batteries (2) replaced in 2019, new Vanner charger installed, Aquahot 600D serviced in 2019, Annual full service completed on 8-15-2020, Powertech 17.5 kw generator (Kubota motor) has approximately 4,400 hours, serviced on 8-15, along with fan clutch gearbox oil, power steering fluid, air filter, all belts. Brakes are in great condition, Chassis air conditioning compressor (Bosch), dryer and lines recently replaced, r134 recharged, new turbo installed in late 2019, no other system failures, no air, oil or water leaks. We have all maintenance records since we have owned the coach.
Overall the coach is in great shape and we hate to sell her, but unfortunately our lives have changed, and we need to adapt to these changes. The coach is located in Naples FL and can be shown at any time.
