You may not have heard of us, but we know a lot about you. You own and enjoy a carefully crafted, technically complex, luxury coach. For the last 25 years we have developed long-term relationships with customers just like you in our yacht division. People who desire a single, extremely competent, high quality source for all their maintenance, service, upgrades, refits and off-season storage requirements. • Our 25-year commitment to search nationally to identify and recruit the highest skilled technicians. Then provide them with the tools, environment and continuing state of the art training to deliver superior results. In addition to possessing the right technical skills, each new associate goes through an extensive personal profile test to make sure they are not only our kind of person, but yours as well. Having the requisite technical skills in not enough. Our Tech’s must possess the right mindset as well. 
• Working to the highest technical standards currently established, The American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC). As a serious coach owner, you will be impressed by what this mean to you in terms of safety and reliability.

• Our Vice President of Operations also fills the role of Technical Editor for Passage Maker ( www.passagemaker.com ), the most serious Trawler and Ocean Motor Yacht magazine in the country. He is a frequent speaker at technical seminars and a nationally regarded expert on a wide range of systems.
• Our facilities incorporate eight acres of waterfront and utilizing 30,000 square feet under roof (15,000 more square feet in the planning process).
• Our twenty-five techs, plus ten supporting personal in product research, purchasing, customer service, accounting, scheduling and management; supporting a full range of technical capabilities.
• The 100 or so customers who entrust their annual service and upgrade requirements to us each year.  These are 100 serious customers, doing serious work, upgrades and refits.

There are many who service and repair coaches, but few who have a genuine passion for maintaining complex pieces of machinery to the highest standards of safety and reliability. Having prepared yachts for sea and being involved in corporate aviation for 25 years, we have a different paradigm regarding safety, service, maintenance, and technology than the traditional service shop.  Beginning with the most comprehensive systems inspections, you will find Zimmerman Coach to be proactive, focusing not only on the routine, but also on every aspect of coach maintenance and service that affects your safety, reliability, enjoyment and overall ownership experience.  As an example, I am familiar with the 100 point pre-delivery inspection (PDI) preformed on an entire coach by some other facilities. This is in contrast to our 50-point ABYC Inspection on just the generator system…let alone the entire coach. The issue is not “does it work at this moment?  The issue is, does it meet the highest standards of safety and reliability for you and your family, now and down the road?
